Medica Hospital

Extremely unprofessional as I was given appointment confirmation via their WhatsApp number and on arrival to the clinic, they proceeded to tell me that the doctor’s duty was done over an hour earlier to the given time. Upon raising this issue with the reception, I received a call from the call center where a staff member tried to deny that the wrong time was sent to my phone number and that the message was ‘system generated’. This is not my first time receiving appointment confirmation through WhatsApp or consulting at Medica so I am very disappointed over how the clinic failed to mediate this issue and even provide an alternative appointment with a different doctor.

Worst private hospital ever! Token system is as disorganised as the front counter. No one knows what's going on. Doctors are never on time. Little to no cooperation is given when asked for help. Staffs are v rude and unfriendly.

Poor customer service and what they care is all about money. I consulted my daughter 4 days ago and was asked to see on the 4th day and all of a sudden they wanted to charge for the consultation again. I was informed by one staff that i could consult and the the other oppose saying that it’s not possible to consult without paying. The worse private Hospital in Maldives and strongly suggest to avoid Medica

Medica services very poor and Worst private clinic ever. What they care is money. Not the patient. I really do not recommend this place Medica and reception staff don't know how to speak with customer this is very bad Doctor given wrong medicine to patient 4 month and Doctor is lie no matter how over patient died or feel good after medicine given they not allow to speak Doctor very bad service i don't see over like this any other hospital like this very poor service medica

Very insensitive uncaring unprofessional staff. Recently went to show daughter to doc. Doc gave some tests, some took 5 days for results. When went for follow-up again charged same as new appointment.

Staff are not professional at all. Services take too long even for a simple requests. Calls and viber messages gets ignored during service hours as well

Doctors not puntual at all. Had to wait over an hour and and staff kept saying 'doctor is already on the way' for the next hour

Doctors need to be punctual and the assistant covering and making excuses for the doctors is a habit here. 30 min late or an hour late is too much
Waste of time.

Very poor communication. Information provide over the phone changes at the counter. Service is as poor as a public hospital like you have to wait for hours to see the doc.
